JAKE KOSTELYK

PRESIDENT

JAKE KOSTELYK

PRESIDENT

Jake is the President of Kenorah. He’s been in the construction industry since a kid, working for his dad in the summers. He graduated with a business degree from Trinity Western University. Immediately after graduating, he set his sights on the residential construction industry, where he has been passionately involved ever since. His dream has been unwaivering; to build Kenorah into a design/build firm that offers unparalleled quality, service and value to our clients.

When not working to balance the busy activities at Kenorah, Jake loves to spend time with his wife, Marg, and 5 little kids. They love hiking, camping and exploring our beautiful province. He’s an avid road and mountain biker, and tries to sneak in as much skiing as possible each winter.

WESLEY GOLDSCHMIDT

VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

WESLEY GOLDSCHMIDT

VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS
Wesley oversees the operations of the company through his role as VP- Operations.  Wesley is a Red seal carpenter, certified Project manager, and with his many years of experience in construction, he brings a wealth of expertise to the position and team.  Wesley serves as the coach of the design and construction teams; providing guidance, leadership and mentoring, and ensuring our clients receive the absolute best possible design/build experience.  Wesley’s previous experiences include managing a small business in the construction industry, running his own renovation company, working as a site lead, carpenter, carpenter apprentice and of course a laborer on both residential and commercial sites.  He also worked on new build high-rises installing sheet metal products for the HVAC systems.  The combined experience along with a natural ability to figure it out and attention to detail makes him a perfect fit for our company.
Wesley lives in Abbotsford with his wife and 3 children. Wesley has many hobbies that he takes very seriously. To name a few he enjoys cycling, brewing craft beer, serving craft beer 😉, hunting, fly fishing, quadding and tying flies. Wesley enjoy spending time in the interior and his favorite lake is Roche Lake in Roche Lake Provincial Park near Kamloops BC. Wesley loves plants and has an appreciation for orchids specifically. He still can’t keep a plant alive in the office though.  Maybe a few more attempts Wes.  Wes’s oddest relationship is that of him and his dog Ollie. Ollie loves Wes to pieces but Wes is still trying to figure out how he ended up with a dog at all. It would not be odd to find Wesley in his garage, covered in grease comparing the diameter of the bearings in his bike wheel hub, or holding a glass of beer up to the light to check color, clarity and type of foam on his latest batch of home brewed IPA.

Outside of work, David loves spending time with this wife Marit and his 4 young children. They’re an adventures bunch, with a love for biking and hiking through the scenic B.C. trails. David is also enthusiastic about cooking and reading.
