INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER

Kenorah is one of BC’s most respected and long-standing custom builders and renovators, serving the greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley Region. At Kenorah, we specialize in providing a uniquely integrated design/build process for our clients with a 100% cost and schedule guarantee. We are looking for people who are on board with our vision to provide the absolute best custom home and renovating experience in our industry.

Kenorah is currently looking for a full-time Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team. We are looking for that special person who is hard working, passionate humble and resourceful.

This role requires a special type of designer. Someone who is driven and passionate. Someone who is talented. Someone who is detailed, humble, and willing to design beautiful spaces for our clients, but also work within their budgets to ensure the home aligns with their budgetary realities.

This candidate will:

Have a degree or diploma in interior design
Have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
Have a current drivers license, a vehicle, and the ability to travel within the lower mainland.
Be a a Permanent Resident of Canada
Be well-versed in BC Building code

This Position will require a successful candidate to have the following skillset:

Trained and skilled with AutoCAD and Revit
Competent and comfortable with conceptual design, space planning, schematic design
Prepare project documentation
Prepare construction documents and review specifications
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confident yet humble, efficient and collaborative
A love of residential design
