When our client decided to downsize from their family home to a condo, they knew exactly where they wanted to live. The challenge was that the unit they wanted was a very dated 90’s condo that needed a major overhaul.
We worked with them to design and renovate their space; fully gutting and renovating the kitchen, as well as the bathrooms. The rest of the condo received a full “facelift” with all new finishes: New flooring, trim, paint, lighting/ceilings, doors and finishes.
The project was completed on-time, and on-budget, and they’re now enjoying their beautiful “new” condo in the location they love!
